You're right that her body is a little strange, but since that's not the main focus you can get away with it The clothes are nice. The shoes look very ood though O.o The shape of it with the pointy tip and the heel that looks like a toothpick... o.o She wouldn't be able to walk in them, reguardless of the heel's hieght.

Wow, that's beautiful! I especially love those colors you chose. I actually think her body looks perfect. It's very stylish. This really would work for a high-class fashion magazine picture *_*
Hm..Well, I am a little bit confused as on what to comment. I hope a little bit of everything will be fine.
I like her face, the make up on her eyes make them stand out and seem sharp. Along with the somewhat unatural pose (legs half hanging out on empty space) stillness, it really does make for the 'living doll' fashion beauty look. On the costume itself, I think it's unconventionnal because on DA most Fashions go for the fancy-but-easy-to-wear type, while it's traditional in the way of 'straight out of those magasines I awed on as a kid'. However it is, though, it's very pretty.
The design on the dress confused me a bit - I had trouble figuring her pose because I couldn't find the other breast On personal tastes, I like much the high slit on her thigh and its lacing, I like less so the stripes on her chest but maybe only because they are too asymetric for me. Also, the shoes seem a bit too plain for the dress: everything has elaborate design, is twisted and has a different texture but the shoes are high heels only. Maybe lacing them up as the sleeves do would give them that feeling for me. Then again - it all depends on personal tastes. My favorite part of the whole dress up is the hairdo ( *___* wow ) and the end of the skirt. I just want to play with them. (sorry I'm so weird)
Now -- drawing wise. It's really great. The face is striking, the pose is model-like, you gave a good textures to the fabrics (cuff, lace, hair!) and I can't find the words to tell you how much I love your folds. Always have, and here it is again. Even though if you were bored playing with the transparency of the backgrounds tissue would ahve given real nice results, I like the sparse backgrounds. We need to look at the model and the dress. Your choice of putting it all in sepia was nice too; it gives it all some 'faded', old look.
In overall, she looks very pretty and is what I think fashion could be: some you like, some you don't, it still looks great. Nice job.
