It looks very nice. Great hair, wonderful eyes, very nice costume that once again, you went out of your way to add and clash patterns and textures into.
Her pose is a little off though - if we can see her right hand in that perspective, her forearm should probably be little longer. Her right shoulder is slightly ore raised than the other too, which normally implies that the shoulder axis is crooked and that that arm is in front of the other. Here, though, that arm reaches as far as behind her hips. Same goes with her legs, where even though I really like the way her right foot fades behind, her right thigh should be as visible as the left one since they aren't that far apart.
The costume design is gold: you always make it look easy, natural and fitting on your characters. Each element is vastly different from the whole yet it all holds together very well visually. The fake shirt collar and tie, fuzzy bustier, shoulder pad and the boots - I love it all. I enjoy how the skirt patterns just spill out with its fold and become a background elements, but thinks you should make it more obvious. Maybe you could spread the pattern to the whole skirt instead of only some plaids?
Last, those lovely designs in both corners seem spontaneous and graceful, but lack just a touch of something linking them to the character. She feels to me as successful and classy and strong but young, while the graphics are more childish, pirate (skulls), flowery and patched-up. I can actually see the relation, but something slightly more explicit would help background and character blend together seamlessly, I think.
Still, it's a wonderful job yet again, and such a nice outfit. I'll be looking forward to seeing the colored version.
The outfit looks great - it's so detailed, and the shaing is awesome. I especially like her boots and her bracelet - it looks like it's made out of coins!

I'm sorry, but I have now left DeviantArt. You can still see what's on my profile page if you'd like.
Simple colors, but still so beautiful.
